Our Managing Partners
Al Cameron
is a Founder and Managing Partner of Rox Capital. Mr. Cameron has founded, acquired, and exited multiple businesses across the security, medical, industrial, and restaurant industries. Mr. Cameron also holds an extensive background in business development in the acute care medical industry.
Mr. Cameron received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Utah and his MBA at the University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Cameron stays busy in his free time with his wife and 5 boys.
Mark Sparrow
is a Founder and Managing Partner at Rox Capital. Mr. Sparrow was integral in the acquisition and operations of portfolio company Amifast. Mr. Sparrow brings extensive experience in business management in the building materials industry.
Mr. Sparrow received his Bachelors Degree and MBA from Texas Tech University before entering the building materials industry. Additionally, Mr. Sparrow holds his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification through Purdue University.
Our Associates
Jess Berglund
is an Associate at Rox Capital and focuses primarily on the acquisition of high quality businesses for the Rox portfolio. Mr. Berglund has a deep background in the real estate industry from development, brokerage, and legal perspectives.
Mr. Berglund received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Berglund spends his free time at Longhorn basketball games and out on the golf course.
Devin Pulton
is an Associate at Rox Capital who is responsible for evaluating and executing investment transactions and managing portfolio companies. Mr. Pulton has a vast background in the fiberglass boat/yacht manufacturing industry with core competencies in financial analysis, supply chains, and ERP systems.
Mr. Pulton is an SAP ERP Certified Business Associate who received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa. Mr. Pulton spends his free time playing tennis and drums.

David Neil
David Neil founded NTS in 1995 and has grown the company to be the dominant player in water/wastewater service in Houston. As CEO of Scruggs/NTS, David oversees all daily operations. David is a well-respected leader and veteran in the industry.
Brian Radonski
Brian Radonski is General Manager at Alpha General Services. Mr. Radonski is instrumental in the day-to-day operations of Alpha General Services, along with finding and creating new ways to keep them ahead of the curve, when it comes to growth within the fiberglass industry.
Mr. Radonski received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida before entering the construction and manufacturing industries. He was an executive project manager, leading many facets of the construction industry in all types of markets. In the last 5 years he has managed Alpha General Services.
In his spare time, he enjoys being in the outdoors with his wife and two daughters.
Dan Myers
Dan Myers is the President at Scruggs Company. Dan is integral in the day-to-day operations of Scruggs Company and pursues strategic growth opportunities rooted in territory and product expansion. Dan comes to The Scruggs Company from the Valve Automation Industry where he last served as Director of Sales for the Americas World Area and brings extensive product and application experience from his 24+ years at Emerson’s Actuation Technologies Business and EIM Controls. Dan received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and is a prominent leader and distinguished professional in the industry.
